These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the mobile game Toony Cubes (“the Game”), developed and published by Abelyx Ltd (“we”, “our”, “us”). By downloading, accessing, or using the Game, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Game.

You must be at least 9 years old to use the Game.

If you are under the age of 18, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian.

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use the Game for your own entertainment purposes.

You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute the Game
   
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code
   
• Use the Game for commercial purposes without permission
   
• Bypass or interfere with security measures
   

All intellectual property rights remain the sole property of Abelyx Ltd.

The Game offers optional in-app purchases (“IAPs”), such as virtual currency and power-ups.

By making a purchase, you agree that:

• All transactions are processed by the App Store or Google Play
   
• We do not handle or store your payment information
   
• Purchases are final and non-refundable, except where required by law
   
• Virtual items have no real-world monetary value
   

We reserve the right to modify, balance, or remove virtual items at any time.

Virtual currency and items are:

• Licensed to you
   
• For personal use only
   
• Non-transferable
   
• Not redeemable for cash
   
• May be changed or discontinued at any time
   

You acknowledge that you do not own the virtual items; you only receive a limited license to use them within the Game.

The Game may display ads, including through Unity LevelPlay or its mediation partners.

By using the Game, you consent to:

• Viewing advertisements
   
• Data collection required to display and personalize ads (see Privacy Policy)
   

If you prefer not to see personalized ads, you may adjust your device settings according to platform guidelines.

You agree NOT to:

• Interfere with the operation of the Game
   
• Use cheats, bots, hacks, or unauthorized third-party tools
   
• Abuse or disrupt servers or networks
   
• Engage in any activity that violates applicable laws
   

Violation of these rules may result in restricted access or termination of your license.

We may update the Game from time to time, including:

• Adding or removing features
   
• Balancing gameplay
   
• Fixing bugs
   
• Improving performance
   

These updates may be installed automatically.

We reserve the right to:

• Suspend or terminate access to the Game
   
• Revoke licenses
   
• Remove or modify content
   

This may occur if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the Game.

The Game is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

We do not guarantee:

• The Game will be error-free
   
• The Game will always be available
   
• That gameplay or items will meet your expectations
   

Your use of the Game is at your own risk.

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
   
• Our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid (if any) to use the Game
   

Some countries and states do not allow certain limitations, so these terms may not apply to you.

The Game may use services such as:

• Unity LevelPlay (IronSource)
   
• Unity Analytics
   
• Apple App Store
   
• Google Play Services
   

These services operate under their own terms and privacy policies.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Cyprus, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Cyprus, unless local law requires otherwise.

We may modify these Terms at any time.

Updated Terms will be posted on our website with a new “Last updated” date.

Continued use of the Game means you accept the updated Terms.
